If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the package resent.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, KayLuvsJay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
