Refund policy

At KayLuvsJay, every order is made, packed, and shipped with care. Because many of our items are handmade, custom created, or made-to-order, please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To start a return, please contact us at kayluvsjay@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • The item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We’ll gladly work with you to make it right.

Please note: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather conditions, or carrier-related delays once the package has been shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are personalized, handmade, printed-to-order, or digital, certain items are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital downloads
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Used items
  • Items damaged through misuse

Due to the nature of 3D printed and handmade items, minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Digital Product Policy

All digital product sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital files, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or delivered.

EU Customers

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery under applicable consumer protection laws.

The item must still be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
